After the student learns the basics, he or she is ready to start on rubber practice hands, which will be given to each student for them to gain confidence before going on to live models.

All the theories include proper ways of cleaning implements and learning to be professional with each other. Students will learn from the nail theories, such as parts of the nail and detecting nail and skin disorders, fungus, and mold, along with the different shapes of nails.

A student completing the Skin Care Specialist program is prepared for employment as a licensed Skin Care Specialist Instruction is designed to qualify students for employment upon successfully obtaining a Skin Care Specialist Diploma. 

A student completing the Facial Skin Care Specialist program is prepared for employment as a licensed Facial Skin Care Specialist Instruction is designed to qualify students for employment upon successfully obtaining a Facial Skin Care Specialist Diploma.
