At S Style Dance Team we have various options depending on your goals and preferences. We teach students of all ages and all levels.

Ballroom style includes such dances as Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz, Quickstep, and Argentine Tango. Noble and graceful, these dances will benefit your balance, posture, coordination, and stamina.

Latin style includes such dances as Swing, Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Samba, Cha Cha, and Rumba. These energetic dances are a great source of cardio. They will allow you to improve your physical shape by enjoying the dynamic rhythms.
