The Competent Rigger course, offered in our indoor tower training facility, allows students to learn in a controlled environment under close supervision and tutelage of our skilled instructors. Pacific Safety Solutions provided curriculum.

The attendee for this course will be able to evaluate a space to determine if it is classified as a confined space, or a permit required confined space.The methods of hazard control and the roles and responsibilities needed for permit confined space entry.

The Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER) applies to five distinct groups of employers and their employees. This includes any employees who are exposed, or potentially exposed, to hazardous substances including hazardous waste.

The course will identify risks associated with working on, or near, Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and assist employers and operators to eliminate, reduce or control PIT hazards in their workplace.

This training course is designed to prepare employees to evaluate hazards related to trenches and excavations, evaluate soil mechanics, and select the appropriate protective system.
