This course is designed for anyone wanting to learn basic principles of accident investigation. A hands-on curriculum, evaluating mishaps, discovering “root causes” and “contributing factors”.

You’ll gain a better understanding of what “respiratory” hazards are, the proper use of engineering and administrative controls, OSHA’s Table 1 (for silica), and personal protective equipment requirements.

This course teaches skills with the American Heart Association’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills.

 Fall Protection training is designed to familiarize workers with the dangers of fall hazards, as well as the proper adornment, use, care, and maintenance of fall protection equipment.

Forklift training class is offered by Safety Matters covering the regulatory requirements, Pre use inspections, manufacturer guidelines and more.

This class will cover employer responsibilities, how to minimize workplace hazards, written program requirements, and guidelines for compliance.
