Available as an open or private class, this course trains individuals/teams to respond to both IDLH and non-IDLH confined space rescues. The curriculum covers the rope rescue skills needed to perform rescues from horizontal and vertical spaces at ground level and elevated vessels.

Focuses on the skills required for technician-level trench rescue, including site operations, victim management, PPE and rescue equipment use and maintenance, soil physics and classifications, collapse causes and types, patient removal and packaging, protective shoring systems.

This hands-on course includes all the skills necessary to respond to confined space incidents, rescue from height, and rescue from fall protection. All of these skills are required by OSHA for industrial rescue teams.

They will learn emergency rescue techniques for structural collapse environments and gain skills in searching, breaching, cribbing, heavy lifting, removal of concrete and structural steel, and victim extrication.
