Aqua aerobics classes offer great protection for your joints and muscles; however this does not mean it is an easier workout
The Y club currently has training sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We have coaching sessions open to anybody who can play, helping to develop the many techniques for shooting, passing, dribbling and rebounding. We also have 3 team training sessions per week.
The hall is also used for various other sporting activities including 5-a-side, wrestling and circuit training as well as Junior Y and team building events. At the top of the sports hall we also have a 100m running track.
