Join local professional dancers Erika Cianciaruso & Kagan Ford for a 4-week series. This progressive class deep dives into technique and body mechanics. We'll cover foundations, musicality, styling, and patterns for new and experienced dancers alike. No partner needed.
Over the course of this series, students will learn many of the core Salsa movements, focusing on rhythm, footwork, posture, and connection to their partner.
The choreography will incorporate various styles of hip-hop from breaking to popping and everything in between—developing musicality, hard hitting movements, body isolations, energy, textures, and the ability to freestyle.
This traditional Ballet class takes Barre back to the building blocks to get you moving, perspiring, and delving into the art of Ballet. We will learn how to engage our muscles in basic ballet positions, finding the strength and toning in the exercises.
