Contemporary is an artistic and expressive combination of technique and flowing movement.Â
A traditional ballet class covering ballet positions and steps, barre exercises and centre practice in a relaxed environment. Develop correct technique, flexibility, grace, strength and posture.
Classes includes barre exercises, center floor work and short across the floor combinations. To be eligible for enrolment in Pointe class, students must be currently enrolled in a minimum of one or more general ballet classes at the studio.
Barre (pronounced ‘bar’) combines simple ballet exercises, core strength work and dance specific stretching.
