Culinarians will expand their decorating knowledge and enhance decorating skills. You’ll sharpen your edges and clean up your corners. Learn airbrush techniques, use chocolate, and pastillage to decorate an impressive cake creation!

In this class, students will create Truffles, Fudge,Torrone, Barks, Chocolate Pops, and other unusual chocolate candies. It is designed to provide students with a foundation in making different types of chocolate candies.

Chef Marcinda will teach classic and complex doughs to create pastas from around the world and pairing sauces. Students will get hands-on practice in making noodles from scratch sure to inspire any pasta creation.

Culinarians will rise to the occasion as Baker Katya demonstrates how to produce Italian breads from different regions of Italy; such as Focaccia, Ciabatta, Cornetto, La Ciambella, giant pagnotta, and much more.

This class is for the culinarian who wishes to expand his/her culinary horizon with sushi and fresh fish dishes. Students will create impressive sushi, sashimi, and Japanese appetizers.

This program is designed to provide students with the essential skills to become a State Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. The curriculum includes the skills necessary for safe, effective and ethical practices required to perform basic Swedish and therapeutic massage.

The Nurse Aide I training program is a 162-hour, non–credit course that prepares graduates to provide personal care and perform basic nursing skills. Emphasis is on the process of aging including the mental, social, and physical needs of each client.

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Training Program is designed to train individuals to become emergency medical personnel, this program teaches patient assessment and basic life support techniques includ­ing airway management and CPR.

This course is designed to meet the healthcare industry’s need for professionals with medical coding skills.  The Instructor will deliver comprehensive instruction on the coding manuals, basic coding guidelines and by-laws, introduction to reimbursements.

Each year, we usually offer four phlebotomy classes with an enrollment of up to 12 students in each class. In this 12-week program, students will learn to draw blood specimens from patients for the purpose of testing and analysis.
