COURSES OFFERED BY NASHVILLE COOKING CLASS

This Class teaches how to select and make sushi rice. Includes take home sushi rolling kits (mats, chopsticks, rice spreaders and rice paddles. This is a hands on class and includes gyoza and custom egg roll appetizer. You will prepare and roll two sushi rolls.

Learn Knife skills, how to make an omelet like a pro, Shrimp and grits, skillet potatoes and Stuffed French toast.

Cajun Cooking class is offered by Nashville Cooking Class. This seafood heavy class will  leave you feeling like you just left New Orleans (Without the Smell).

Pastry Pro is offered by Nashville Cooking Class. Our menu ranges from your old school to some mind blowing cutting edge dishes ?Learn to cook like a pro.
