The Dough House offers a total of 9 courses.
We will begin with our sourdough starter. You will learn how to make it from scratch, how to maintain it and also keep alive! We will then bake delicious loaves and a fougasse (a pretty looking bread from south of France).
You will learn how to make a great shortcrust pastry base and chocolate ganache from scratch and work with it. Fulden's favourite thing in life is travelling and having foodie holidays, so we are offering you some familiar and a few different flavours from around the world.
Our organic Mediterranean brunch will blow your mind! We will make our spinach and feta layered pie from scratch. You will also learn how to make seeded sourdough bagels and tiramisu crepe cake.
Because we are The Dough House, the stars of this experience are the flatbread and Aegean doughnuts! All of our breads will be made by hand and from scratch. Aegean doughnuts (loukoumades) are citrusy fried or baked sourdough balls served with honey syrup.
