Our Management Accelerators cover a comprehensive set of skills, divided into three management areas: individuals, teams, and strategy. Together, these three Accelerators will equip nonprofit managers to succeed in a demanding environment and deliver value for the organization quickly.

Build a firm foundation in management, and develop your supervisory skills. This certificate series is designed to provide those working in – or preparing for – a supervisory role with the knowledge and skills needed to be effective managers and leaders.

In this course, participants will get an understanding of what it means to create high functioning teams and the role of the supervisor as a “team builder.” Participants will understand the process for creating team-building programs that they can implement in their own organizations.

This course will provide participants with a strategic view of human resources management and give them an opportunity to see how strategies implemented in HR actually fit into the strategic plan of the organization.
