Led by Master Chocolatier, Shona Sutherland, of Taystful in Perthshire, this hands-on chocolate making class is a wonderful introduction to the intricate and delicious world of chocolate.
Throughout the day, our chef will demonstrate each item and you will then have the hands-on experience to recreate a wonderful panettone, mince pies and chocolate roulade. During the afternoon, you will pause for a delicious lunch made by our team.
