This is a fun & engaging, drop-off class series where we focus on the flavors and ingredients of the season - and best of all, your young chefs will take home a main dish for a family of 4 after each class!
Yeast is a magical ingredient and we have learned that a little knowledge goes a long way. Â Yeast helps transform simple ingredients like flour, butter, sugar, and water into something truly amazing and delicious.
Sushi is a Japanese dish of prepared vinegared rice accompanied by a variety of ingredients. The styles of sushi and its presentation vary widely, but the one key ingredient is "sushi rice." In this class, we will use our knife skills as we prepare to create our own vegetable sushi.
Our passport travels continue to Korea. In this class, you will learn to make kimchi mandu dumplings, gimbap rice, seaweed rolls, and pajeon (scallion pancake).
Using fresh berries is a delicious way to add a summer twist to a pizza. In this class we will make homemade pizza dough topped with balsamic chicken, and fresh strawberry salsa.
There is no need to miss out on delicious treats when baking gluten-free! In this class we will be making two French classics: Chocolate Eclairs and Madeleines.
