COURSES OFFERED BY PARIS INTERNATIONAL COOKING SCHOOL

Students will learn basics of cookery in this “easier” cooking class. Through out the 8-week course, we will explore different cooking methods (such as baking, roasting, shallow-frying, boiling... etc) and food style (such as French, Italian, English... etc).

Students will learn recipes and food from different regions of Europe. We will teach recipes from France, and six other European regions such as Italy, Greece, Sweden, Hungary, Netherlands and England.

In this class, students will learn quickly prepared and cooked recipes can still be very tasty. Learn to prepare a selection of first course, side dishes, and quick desserts.

In this class, students will learn to prepare 3 desserts each week similar to the ones sold in patisserie shops or homemade in France. Selections include gâteaux, tarts, cream, mousse, petit fours, chocolate , macarons and more.

Students will learn French recipes and food used in different seasons with a multitude of ingredients. We will teach recipes according to the season and from a particular part of France.

Students will learn traditional and modern Greek recipes from the mainland Greece as well as the Greek Islands. Students will make 3-course meal each week, and the food will be taken home at the conclusion of the class.

Students will learn to use leaner cuts of meat, poultry, to use less fat and cream in your cooking, however due to the addition of spices and herbs every dishes prepared taste sensational!

In this fully practical class students will learn to prepare 7 weeks of traditional Spanish food such as Paella, Gaspacho, Orange Chocolate Mousse and more;

In this sweet food class, students will learn to prepare 3 desserts each week. We will cover desserts from many different countries. Famous pastries from France, England, Africa, Italy, America, Germany and Austria.
