Summer is here, time for coastal vibes in our lives! We love all things crab! There is nothing better than a perfectly crisp lump crab cake!

Risotto al Limon e Gamberetti is an Italian Risotto dish topped with stunning wild-caught seared Tiger Prawn Shrimp in a lemon butter sauce. Fresh herbs and spices grace this dish in just the right way and beautiful notes of garlic shine through.

This evening will kick off with a refreshing Summer Pineapple Rum Spritz cocktail (BYO Rum)!  While we enjoy sipping, we will make decadent white cheddar and herb-crusted mac and cheese topped with sweet cold water lobster tails, brushed with a luscious garlic butter sauce.

One of our all-time favorite family dishes is homemade lasagna! This perfect one-skillet-style lasagna that feeds 4 cuts your preparation time in half and your baking time in half!

We will begin with gorgeous strawberry basil and melon skewers layered with fresh marinated mozzarella and shaved prosciutto, drizzled with sweet reduced balsamic.
