Join Culinary Director & Executive Chef Jacob Rozenberg at the Vetri counter as he leads guests through the process of making pasta from scratch. He'll dive into types of pasta, pasta shapes, how to cook pasta, fresh dough, and how to mix, roll, and cut it.
At Vetri we believe no chef is too young to start learning important skills and using their creativity to prepare a nutritious meal. For this very special class, we are inviting younger chefs (children in grades 3 to 5) to our Vetri Cucina kitchen to experience an incredible morning of cooking
Eating Italy Class is offered by Vetri Cucina.Referred to in Italy as a buongustaio – a “good taster – Mamma Pina has inspired innumerable recipes that Chef Michaud now shares with guests at the Vetri Family of restaurants.
Guests will learn tips and gain insight on how to produce the same results with a regular kitchen oven as a professional pizza oven, all while enjoying pizza courses and house wines throughout the evening.
In this baking class, Michal will walk guests through bread basics such as mixing, proofing, and shaping loaves. Michal will share how a home baker can emulate that restaurant-quality crustiness.
