Join the macaron craze! Deceptively simple in appearance, the French macaron is a true art that requires specific techniques, which must be learned in order to perfect this French delicacy. During this class, students will learn how to prepare, bake, and make this delightful light pastry.
During this session, students will learn the traditional French art of making these light and tasty all-time favorite desserts. Chef will guide you every step of the way so that you understand how these sophisticated desserts are prepared so that you can perfect the recipes at home.
Learn to make the delicious French puff pastry, the Mille-Feuille, also known as  Napoleon! The preparation of the mille-feuille includes the special folding technique, making a light custard cream, and of course, baking.
Everyone loves fresh pizza! Learn how to create your own pizza from scratch with our chef. Students will prepare dough and create individual pizzas with toppings of their choice.
Is homemade pasta worth the time and effort? Absolutely! Come and join our chef to learn how to make fresh pasta at home! Students will learn to make their own dough, create different pasta shapes and experiment with seasonal flavors.
C is for cookies!!! Students learn to bake sugar cookies from scratch and then learn the artistry of cookie decorating! Chef will demonstrate different techniques for cookie decorating.
The Croissant is a beloved classic and French favorite. Warm out of the oven, this pastry is best when flaky on the outside and soft and buttery on the inside, as it seems to melt in your mouth.
French Tarts & Madeleines are an elegant way to enjoy Gouter, the traditional French afternoon "snack".
Be inspired to create your own decadent desserts. Chef Simon will guide you at your own station to make these melt-in-your-mouth chocolate cakes and ice cream.
