One of our most popular classes! Learn the skills to chop, mince, dice, chiffonade, proper knife care and maintenance, honing versus sharpening and much more! Our chef will teach you proper techniques to help make your prep time less demanding and safer.

It’s all or empa-NADA – and in this class we’re going all in! We’re showing you how to create the best empanadas and then we’ll turn you loose with the recipes so that you can recreate or create your own versions at home.
