Salud! Let's kick off Cinco de Mayo a night early while you prepare a delicious Mexican Inspired Menu. You will learn and prepare Jalapeno Lime Skillet Shrimp Tostadas with a Mango Salsa topped with Crema, a Festive Cilantro Lime Corn & Jalapeno Rice and finished off with a Key Lime Pie.
Come join us as we show how exciting a vegetarian menu can be! In this class, we will prepare a Carrot & Beet Osso Bucco with exotic mushrooms and pearled red onions. This will be served on a bed of polenta with a mixed greens salad and citrus olive oil cake for dessert

Join us for a fun and delicious Healthy Summer Dinner Menu. We will bring some Latin influences in this menu with Salmon Tostadas topped with a Chipotle Crema, Jalapeno Lime Skillet Shrimp with a Mango Salsa, a Festive Cilantro Lime & Jalapeno Rice, Elote and finished off with a Lime Tart.
