Join us for an evening of Italian cooking and dining. Start the meal off with a hearty Minestrone soup and learn how to make hand rolled gnocchi and a carbonara sauce filled with bacon and cheesy goodness.
Join us for a tour of Middle Eastern flavors, celebrating the traditional and contemporary cuisines across the middle east and Mediterranean. Skewer, roll out, knead, toss, and bake your way through a Middle Eastern dinner with your Way Cool Chef leading the way.
Join us for an appe”Thai”zing evening filled with the fresh and bold flavors of Thailand and Southeast Asia. We will be rolling up some spring rolls with a ginger and peanut sauce, learning how to make Tom Kha Gai, a traditional chicken soup with coconut milk, and stir frying Pad Krapow.
It’s soup season! We will learn how to create 3 different types of soup that you can turn into thousands of soups at home using the blended, broth, and tomato base soups in this class.
In this class, we will make homemade gnocchi with fresh roasted tomatoes, creamy basil chicken & cannoli tarts. At the end of class; in addition to sitting down to a great dinner, you will have the skills to recreate this and many more dishes at home for you family and friends.
