In this hands-on class, you'll learn basic knife skills and practice the fundamental cuts. Knife skills are the most important part of the cooking, since you will be using this knowledge every time you cook.

The knife block is the center of your kitchen, but without the know-how needed to use, sharpen, hone, wash and store your knives, you're just the owner of an expensive collection of accidents in the making.

During this camp we will work with our little chefs with the aim of giving them real skills to operate in the kitchen.
