Our most popular stand-alone cooking class, this is Classic Cooking Academy’s bread and butter. Guests come in, find a seat, have a drink, and meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu.

In our French croissant baking class, chef Jenna will go over the necessary ingredients to create the perfect classic croissants, how to select quality ingredients, how to work and shape the dough, how to properly laminate it with butter and go over proper proofing and natural fermentation methods.

This one is for lovers of all things decadent! In this 3-hour macaron-centric class, we will teach you how to craft two tasty varieties of fillings for chocolate macarons—hot cocoa-inspired chocolate ganache (complete with mini marshmallows!) and salted caramel.
Let’s make pasta! Roll up your sleeves and practice mixing and shaping dough, cutting linguine noodles and pinching farfalle to create the classic bow-tie shape. We’ll pair each pasta with a summer-inspired sauce and round out the meal with a Nectarine and Arugula Salad.
