In this dynamic hands-on cooking class, based upon the food culture of those living along the Mediterranean Sea, you’ll prepare creative, health-conscious dishes that feature the regions most familiar ingredients. Guests will be able to eat what they make at the end of the class.
Guests will learn about the history of sushi, the different types of sushi, and how to prepare this iconic dish. Our chef instructor will discuss how to make rolls, slice fish, and how to make nigiri and sashimi before heading into the kitchen to help you apply your learning!

In our French croissant baking class, chef Jenna will go over the necessary ingredients to create the perfect classic croissants, how to select quality ingredients, how to work and shape the dough, how to properly laminate it with butter and go over proper proofing and natural fermentation methods.
